Not perfect, but as perfect as can be when limited to one disc. Since he had so many great songs, I would recommend the Hits album(s) that came out around 1993 instead. Strangely, there’s nothing here post 1993, but that’s not a major omission. He wasn’t quite as consistent after then, so one doesn’t feel cheated.
It’s kind of nice that this one is sequential as well.
